Intro to Yoga (registered class)


A series of 5 classes for first timers or beginners to the practice.
This class will teach you the fundamentals of the asana (physical) practice in a comfortable atmosphere with others that are new to yoga.
Postures will be broken down to show proper alignment, breath & core control.
This class will help to prepare you for the styles of yoga that are offered at our studio.
