Shoulders are an area in our body that often manifest stress. In this workshop, you will learn different methods to both prevent and release shoulder tension. The workshop will cover basic anatomy of the shoulder girdle, different exercises that you can do daily to improve shoulder mobility and function, as well as guided relaxation to release neck and shoulder pain.
We will also learn how to move through our yoga poses in a way that is more conducive to healthy and strong shoulders.
