SATTVA Yoga & Meditation workshop
Oct. 1st - 3rd Mornings will start with a dynamic Sattva Sequence designed to open the body and energetic channels creating the perfect foundation for the mind to rest. In the afternoon Rameen will teach the Sattva Yoga Meditation technique allowing you to connect with the authentic experience of the self and the process of realizing your full potential.
This workshop will focus on the 4 stages of the Sattva Meditation giving you the opportunity to deepen the experience of your practice and your life. This is the first time Rameen will be formally teaching the Sattva Yoga Meditation technique at Yoga Santosha.
This is an incredible opportunity for you to experience and learn an authentic meditation practice. This course will provide you with the essential tools necessary to develop a deep long lasting meditation.
SCHEDULE: Friday Oct 1st BODY 5:30 - 8pm Asana, pranayama & intro to meditation
Saturday Oct 2nd BREATH 9am -12 noon asana & pranayama 1:45 - 3:45pm moving into your meditation
Sunday Oct 3rd MIND & STILLNESS 9am -12noon asana & pranayama 1:45 - 3:45pm moving deeper into meditation
$250 for the weekend or $60/session Register online, or at the studio.
