Join us for a series of 6 classes specifically designed for the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Explore how breath and movement can help you connect with your baby and prepare for childbirth. Enjoy strengthening and relaxing, while promoting a feeling of peace and well-being during this special time. All levels welcome, whether you have an existing practice or are new to yoga you will benefit from this class.
