Featured Class for March: Foundation

Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 7pm with Dawn Bayers

Have you tried Foundation yet? This new Hatha inspired class will expand your knowledge of the proper structure and alignment of yoga postures. It’s taught at a slower pace with longer holds -with little flow or vinyasa- allowing you time to achieve proper alignment. This is a great all-level class for every practitioner seeking to build a solid foundation to their practice.
