Love this studio. Its energy and warmth help you sink into a beautiful practice. The teachers are fantastic and knowledgeable. It’s a super clean and unique space. I’ve enjoyed the sound baths and restorative classes. Great service👌

As a studio member of Yoga Santosha for over 3 years now; I can echo what I’ve said in the past… Great Studio in terms of the actual practice spaces, teachers, programming and community. In addition, I can say that although I’ve seen different teachers come and go in the last 3 years, the studio is very consistent in attracting some wonderful teachers and evolving the class programming. This speaks to the excellent management of the studio and their commitment to providing/maintaining exceptional and lovely facilities for the yoga community here in Calgary. A big shout out to Candace, Al , Lisa, Jade and all of the teachers that make Yoga Santosha a fantastic place to practice yoga!

I visited this yoga studio for the first time today, and I had such a wonderful experience! My instructor was Lisa, and she was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The class was excellent—I really enjoyed it and felt comfortable from beginning to end. The studio has a beautiful, calming atmosphere, and it’s very clean and well-equipped. Everyone working there was kind, warm, and helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. I’m looking forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great yoga experience!

I’ve been practicing at Yoga Santosha since 2023, and it’s been a consistently great experience. One of the biggest strengths is the variety of classes and teachers, which makes it easy to find a style and pace that fits what I’m looking for. The hot room is excellent, and the studio has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to unwind and practice. The facilities are clean and well maintained, with spacious change rooms and great showers, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall, Yoga Santosha has been a fantastic place to build a regular practice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, high-quality yoga studio.

The studio is about yoga and community and that comes through clearly. Today's class was exceptional; well cued, great spiritual instruction, connection to the breath, options for increase and decrease of challenge, calm voice and demeanour. Fantastic. One of the best classes I have ever had.

So nice to walk back into yoga Santosha since a few years have slipped by since the intro membership. Finally! Bought a new quality yoga mat and what a difference in grounding into a firm grip: more confidence in the release, more freedom in the stretch. I think it might just lead to outdoor yoga in one of Calgary's great parks because the mat is just so earthy and solid. Thank you for being there Yoga Santosha!
