Bright lights ✨

Big shoutout to our own Jackie who rocks the Vinyasa flow on Saturdays at Kensington, and Lara, our sound therapy guru on Sundays at Mission. They did something pretty awesome recently.

Jackie had this cool idea to introduce sound healing to a bunch of students – we’re talking over 300 kids! And guess what? Lara was all in. She shared her magic with these young minds, totally on the house. How amazing is that?

It’s moments like these that remind us what our yoga community is all about. It’s not just about the poses or the mats; it’s the hearts we touch and the smiles we share. Our teachers are out here making a difference, and it’s just...wow.
