Yoga found me a few years ago, since then my practice has grown and blossomed and after taking Yoga Santosha’s Teacher Training I am now able to share that with others. I am passionate about all 8 limbs of Yoga, and try to instill them into my daily life.
I feel it’s important to teach in a way that allows each student to feel comfortable and move in their body with ease.
Outside of teaching Ashtanga Yoga, I love weaving breath work, Chakra based postures and mediation into my personal practice. I look at Yoga as a lifestyle, something that is learnt on (off) the mat and carried with you through-out your Journey. I’ve been lucky to have Janet Hawkins and Emily Kotow as teachers.
