My love for Kundalini Yoga was a wonderful unexpected surprise. At a time when I was searching for more in my life and feeling depleted physically, emotionally, both mentally and spiritually, discovering Kundalini stimulated the process of recovery, healing, and self-awareness for me. It started to rouse what lies within each of us, that true essence; our SAT NAAM.

When I first began the experience of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, I was intrigued with how different it was from any other form of yoga that I practiced. That intrigue soon evolved to reverence and a desire to make it an integral part of my life. With the uniqueness of every class and the depth of its reach, it began to have a profound effect on my life and awakened a complete shift in my energy and consciousness. Due to this dramatic positive impact, it didn’t take long for me to decide to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Kundalini Yoga opened a whole new world for me. It improved all areas of my life; mind, body and spirit. It resonated with my soul. I knew in my heart that I wanted to teach the practice to others with an intention to elevate and inspire each individual to emerge into their own undiscovered “Kind of Beautiful” and true authentic self.
