Jessica graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy program with 2200 hours and has been practicing for four and a half years. She became a RMT because of her love for helping and understanding people.
Jessica believes massage therapy is a unique way to offer clients relief from stress or physical pain, while restoring a sense of balance. Making a connection with the client, and working with them one on one to create the best home care package for them individually is her goal in every session.
Jessica’s experience includes both therapeutic and relaxation massage, while specializing in deep tissue massage. She has continued her education with raindrop, hot stone and pregnancy massage. In 2018 she will be taking a 200 hour yoga instructor program to further her knowledge, and apply it into her treatments.
Jessica has been drawn to yoga her whole life, but only over the past year has made it a regular practice. Through daily practice a new way of life started to emerge. She admires how through consistent stillness and movement, one can learn about their body, mind and spirt in a loving, compassionate and challenging way.
