Lauriane Montpetit


Lauriane’s mission is to provide every client with individualized care by integrating a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, range of motion testing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, basic manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work and remedial exercises.

Lauriane is a graduate from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, located in Calgary, AB, where she obtained her 2200-hour diploma in December of 2020. She belongs to and is in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapist Association of Alberta).
Lauriane has experience working with client’s that present with hyperkyphosis, hyperlordosis, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, MS, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, TMJD, carpal tunnel syndrome and more.
Lauriane discovered massage therapy years ago, after suffering through various sports-related injuries. Massage vastly improved her overall health, wellbeing and functionality, which in turn created a love for the modality. She is committed to learning, improving and growing her skill set to benefit and improve her client’s lifestyles.
After spending years working in the corporate world, Lauriane wanted to commit herself to providing people with high quality, meaningful, beneficial and life changing work.
Lauriane has also been an avid yogi since 2012 and continues to maintain a practice almost every day! In 2017 she completed her 200-hr YTT in Red Deer, AB.
