It was an immediate sense of relief, falling into my yoga practice.

One practice became two, three and four within the first week, and provided the opportunity to move into my body and feel my breath on a different level than ever before. More than 10 years later, I still experience that sense of magic every time I step on my mat.
For me, the practice is infinite, creating balance and steadiness, while encouraging growth and exploration.
Teaching is a privilege and my goal is to provide opportunity to connect, to feel grounded, to safely step into change, and to hear one’s body.
