In the ups and downs of life, amongst the stresses, challenges, joys, and blessings of the day to day, resides presence. This presence persists regardless of the pulls and moods, regardless of the wins or losses. I have been called home patiently and relentlessly by this very presence.
There are so many practices… so many paths. I’ve explored many forms of yoga, meditation, qigong, breathwork, martial arts, and therapeutic practices over the years and all of them have had many wonderful benefits. And, ultimately, they all point the same direction: cultivating full-body presence while touching that which persists in the midst of a perpetual changing experience. It’s a blessing to share such potent practices with fellow explorers.
I have completed a diploma in Acupuncture and have trained in Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage), Visceral Manipulation, Tuina (Chinese Medical massage), Thai Massage, Acutonics, and Aletheia Breathwork.
