DROP-IN / ALL LEVELS

This class will explore fundamental movement patterns to create personal awareness of impingements on spinal health.

Postures will be held for a lengthened period of time with specific props to move the body into proper postural alignment. The range of movement created through the exercises practiced in this class is beneficial for all levels of practitioners, and is great for students who are suffering from injury, or consistent strain on the body.
