TEACHER TRAINING 50 HR YIN TRAINING
NEXT TRAINING PROGRAM STARTS OCTOBER 23 2020
In this training you will explore the physical, mental and energetic benefits of yin yoga.
Using our own unique bodies and minds as the road map to understanding, you will learn the difference between compression and tension, yin and yang, and the principles of a yin practice.
As a student you will learn how to create sequences to cultivate an enriched home practice. As a teacher you will learn how to create sequences that both safely and effectively guide yoga students into a yin practice. We will also take the time to explore restorative postures and learn the difference between restorative yoga and yin yoga.
Candace and Lisa are committed to creating a sacred safe space where these deep releases can be both felt and learned from. Breath work, meditation, and practice will be a foundational part of the training.
This is a YACEP program (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program).
