TRAINING 50HR MEDITATION & PHILOSOPHY

NEXT TRAINING PROGRAM STARTS September 27th, 2025

Join us for this year’s 50-hour Meditation & Philosophy Training - an inspiring, in depth exploration of meditation as introduced in the Yoga Sutras and the 8 Limb Path of Yoga. Students will engage in classroom hours studying foundational concepts in yogic philosophy and learning techniques to integrate these principles into their personal practice.

This course is ideal for yoga practitioners seeking to deepen their meditation practice or expand their understanding of yogic philosophy, as well as for yoga teachers wishing to incorporate meditation and philosophical teachings into their classes. Participants can expect to leave the program with a richer understanding of classical Yoga philosophy and the relevance of meditation to the discipline of yoga.

COURSE PARTICIPANTS WILL:

- Develop a richer understanding of the core philosophical concepts in Samkhya philosophy and how they’re relevant to yoga practice and modern life.

- Study and practice with the 8-Limb Path of Yoga and the yoga koshas (layers of the self).

- Learn and practice introductory techniques in meditation while being challenged to sit for more extended periods.

- Be encouraged to develop a daily meditation practice.

- Explore ways to integrate Yoga philosophy into daily life and practice.

- Receive a certificate of completion.
