Yoga Santosha has been a very welcoming and well organized studio, with a good variety of class options. The studio is bright and sunny and well stocked with all the props I could ever need. And the instructors bring a depth of knowledge I really appreciate, especially around the more spiritual/meditative aspects of the practice of yoga. I'm looking forward to more classes and time here in this caring community!

I purchased an introductory pass here, and I felt so much peace attending classes here. I knew that I was in a good place when Jennifer first greeted me. So thankful to have done yoga in this space and community!

So nice to walk back into yoga Santosha since a few years have slipped by since the intro membership. Finally! Bought a new quality yoga mat and what a difference in grounding into a firm grip: more confidence in the release, more freedom in the stretch. I think it might just lead to outdoor yoga in one of Calgary's great parks because the mat is just so earthy and solid. Thank you for being there Yoga Santosha!

Yoga Santosha - great space and wonderful talented teachers!

The yoga space was very pleasant, it felt like there ws lots of room and the temperature in the room was perfect.

A wonderful group of teachers and such a zen environment to do both physical and mental exercise. Everyone needs to come here. Myself, family and friends love this place so much. Thank you everyone.
