New: Mindful Barre Drop Ins


We’re excited to announce that beginning the week of March 3rd, Rose-Marie Theriault we will be starting our Mindful Barre classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 noon.

For an idea of what to expect, below is our class description for Mindful Barre:

A mindful approach to barre classes. Combining elements of yoga, pilates and dance, this alignment-based class focuses on mobility, strength and coordination while maintaining a strong mind-body connection. Mixing mat exercises drawing from a pilates and yoga repertoire with standing sequences at the barre, this 50 minutes class will improve your posture and bring stability to your body. The last portion of the practice focuses on stretches and openers for a well-rounded class that will leave you feeling strong and spacious. A fresh way to train your body, with mindfulness and grace!

– no dance experience required
– wearing socks can be helpful (Stick Be Socks available in the studio for $15 ea)
