The benefits of Yoga are maximized with a daily practice. We challenge you to experience this for yourself!!
Complete 6 classes a week for 35 consecutive days (5 weeks) and experience how it can transform your body, your mind – your life!
The goal of the 35 Day Challenge is to explore commitment, consistency, community and resolve. To look within yourself.
All are welcome – even if you can’t commit to 35 days.Rules
We will be practicing 6 times a week. Maximum 1 day off a week (5 in total for the challenge).
Feel free to practice 35 days in row if you like!
A valid membership is necessary – an unlimited autopay membership being the most cost effective.
A 35 day Challenge Pass is available.
A missed day can be made up by practicing twice in one day – once a week only.
Home practice, and practice at other studios doesn’t count.
Participants must register on or before April 14th. Please register early to avoid disappointment
The challenge is limited to 50 participants.Incentives
