This class takes a mindful approach to barre classes. Combining elements of yoga, pilates and dance, this alignment-based class focuses on mobility, strength and coordination while maintaining a strong mind-body connection. Mixing mat exercises drawing from a pilates and yoga repertoire with standing sequences at the barre, this 50 minutes class will improve your posture and bring stability to your body. The last portion of the practice focuses on stretches and openers for a well-rounded class that will leave you feeling strong and spacious. A fresh way to train your body, with mindfulness and grace!
