Chia Seed Pudding

The best part about chia seed pudding, is that there are so many different ways to customize it. Make this the night before for breakfast or enjoy on the go as a mid-day snack.


Ingredients (4-6 servings)

  • 3 cups of almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1-3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

Suggested Toppings

  • Fresh Fruit
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Granola
  • Nuts and/or seeds
  • Coconut

Combine the almond milk, chia seeds and sweetener in a large bowl, and whisk together. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, and whisk for a final time before covering and chilling in the fridge for 3 hours (minimum). Stir well before serving, and adding your favorite toppings!
