This is a multi-level class which follows the traditional primary and second series sequencing of the Ashtanga series.
Modifications and adjustments will allow newer students to feel guided at their level, while assisting experienced practitioners further in the practice. This class is paced at a moderate cadence and is deeply cleansing as well as strengthening to body and mind. Ashtanga Yoga is the root of many forms of yoga known today, it is an essential addition to your yoga experience.
Some experience is recommended before attending this class.
