Raw Chocolate Avocado Torte


2 cups mixed nuts and/or seeds
1 cup fresh dates *if not fresh, soak in hot water
Pinch of sea salt
Blend ingredients in food processor until ball shape forms. Press into spring form pan. Put in the freezer while making the filling.

Chocolate Filling
4 ripe avocados
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup cocoa

Puree all ingredients in food processor. Test to taste and add syrup and cocoa for sweeter / richer taste. Spread over the crust and place in freezer for at least 1 hour. Remove for a fewminutes before serving.

Alternative uses:
– Roll crust ingredients toballs for power snacks.
– Prepare filling as a pudding with fresh fruits
