Power Barre is a blend of power yoga and barre fitness technique. Class starts with invigorating vinyasa flow to warm muscles and get the heart rate up. Barre toning sets will work the legs, seat, & core. Class cools down with a short yoga floor series. Expect to build muscle strength, improved posture, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
You will require a mat for this class & barre socks are recommended.
