Yang/Yin Yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga.
This class will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind to close your practice.
