June Community Partner – The Coup
Fresh. Whole. Organic. We LOVE the Coup and all the deliciously decadent vegetarian fare that it has to offer. You can taste the care and the passion that goes into the culinary creations. You can feel the care and passion that goes into serving community well past the guests in the restaurant.
Community is synchronous with this 17th avenue restaurant and part of what makes it such a fabulous establishment. The Coup knows what it means to take care of each other and to take care of this earth. Sourcing from local farmers, choosing GMO-free, and recycling is only the start. The Coup rebuilds by planting 36 trees a month through Tree-Canada and participates in Meal Share ensuring that meals are provided for people in need. Add in composting, bee hives, and wind-power off-set and you can begin to see how connected and inter-connnected to well being this 17th avenue staple is.
