In the stillness of sound, we find the space to journey inward, where the resonance of the cello and the silence of Nidra meet in perfect harmony.

Your evening will start with a gentle asana (physical practice), followed by nestling into a Nidra practice (guided meditation done lying down, cultivating rest and awareness).

Drop inward with the deep, grounding sounds of Patty Sage's energy and live cello performance.

Bring comfortable clothes, an eye pillow, regular pillow, journal and extra layers.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your own blanket. Blocks and bolsters are available at the studio, but if you have a bolster at home, please bring it along as quantities are limited.
