Eddy, a self-proclaimed inversion enthusiast, is eager to share his love for going upside down. In this workshop, you won’t get knocked down—you’ll just keep getting up again and again!

Handstands not only challenge the entire body but also boost mental sharpness, bring an energizing lift, and offer a natural high. This all-levels workshop is perfect for those looking to experience the thrill of being upside down or for seasoned yogis refining their handstands in the middle of the room.
