DROP-IN / ALL - LEVELS
Slow down your body and breath while linking postures with deliberate movement. Slowing down builds strength and flexibility, allowing you to connect with the subtleties of the postures.
A combination of movement and long holds releases tension and creates a sense of ease in both the body and mind.
Warm Strong & Slow is the same class but in an environment around 32°C.
