YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
DROP-IN / ALL - LEVELS
This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine.
While each posture is held for three to six minutes, mindfulness practices are offered to encourage complete surrender in each pose.
Crystal singing bowls will occasionally be used to enhance relaxation and the energetic healing benefits of yin yoga.
