I’m a massage therapist and yoga teacher dedicated to helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and offering peaceful moments to unwind and reconnect.
My yoga journey began over 25 years ago, during a time when I was searching for deeper meaning. Stepping into that first class changed the course of my life, and I’m deeply grateful for where it’s led me.
Yoga keeps me grounded in the beautiful paradox of being, its simplicity, complexity, and the quiet abundance woven through daily life. With formal training in Ashtanga and Sattva yoga, I’ve come to value moving with intentional slowness, guiding students to notice how they arrive in each posture and how they transition between them.
I trust the body’s innate intelligence and the wisdom it holds. Our practice is to create enough stillness to listen and allow that wisdom to unfold. I teach from a place of support, encouraging students to tune into the subtle and not-so-subtle cues of their bodies. I look forward to meeting you on the mat, whether I’m guiding a practice or moving beside you.
You are the light you seek,
Your heart the music,
Your soul the compass,
Your breath the connector.
