This is not a class for those new to yoga - 6 months of yoga experience is required before taking part in the Wednesday class.
This Hatha inspired class brings strength and focus to your practice. Through long static holds, the emphasis is on the pose rather than on linking movements. You have time to move deeper into your postures, exploring variations and modifications, while gaining a clearer understanding of alignment.

As an all-levels class, beginners will gain knowledge of the structure of postures; while more advanced practitioners can work on strength, precision and alignment.
An invigorating mid level workshop style class where we play and learn together.
This weekly workshop will focus on integrating arm balance, inversion and backbend into our practice with tips, tricks and adjustments to get you comfortable in these asana. Kramas or stages will be offered along the path to the full posture allowing the practice to meet you where you are in your body today.

This 50 minute lunchtime flow yoga class has postures from many yogic traditions that are blended together linking your breath to the postures. Our teachers bring in their own individual styles to the classes making them unique.

This is a dedicated class on educating rolling techniques and functional anatomy thoughtfully presented through tissue mobilizing protocols and yoga asanas.
Designed for motivated individuals to prolong that feel good period after a thorough body work therapy session. Effective prevention of injuries to your fascia, muscle & joints. Rollax is a body therapy resource empowering you through yoga, anatomy & sensation. Body and mind will learn to be more supple, allowing for an accelerated response and optimal output.
In this flow class you will slow down the body and breath while linking postures with deliberate movement. Slowing down builds strength and flexibility, allowing practitioners to connect with the subtleties of the postures.

Melt into 60 minutes of supported restorative postures that will prepare the body and mind for a 30 minute guided sound bath meditation.
The quartz crystal singing bowls that will be played are tuned to the 7 main energy centers. The tones and vibrations of the bowls allow for deep shifts and openings to be received through the energetic body. Explore the gifts received from being embraced in a sacred space of relaxation, sound and healing to both rest the mind and to restore the physical body.

This class is perfect for any physical body type and is beneficial for anyone dealing with insomnia, depression, anxiety, pain, or stress.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing as well as bringing a pillow, and a blanket.
Our Vinyasa Flow classes are lively and energetic classes that synchronize movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses. They are dynamic, creative and fun!
Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.

In this hour long class we will delve into your hips and hamstrings. Let the heat and the yin aspect of long holds melt away any tension, stress and tightness that you might be experiencing.
The class will end with a nourishing restorative sequence. Walk away feeling nurtured and with a new ease of movement.

The heated room relaxes your body, allowing for a deep, safe and gentle practice that leaves you physically and mentally balanced.
Rejuvenate the body with this blended sequence of Yin and Restorative yoga.
Beginning with deep stretches designed to target the deep connective tissues, increase flexibility and open the meridians of the body. Followed by a relaxing restorative sequence that will softly unfold the body with the support of props to ensure complete relaxation into the postures.
Come away feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.

This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine.
While each posture is held for 3-6 minutes, mindfulness practices will be offered to encourage complete surrender in each pose.
Crystal singing bowls will occasionally be used to enhance relaxation and energetic healing benefits of Yin Yoga.
The Yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body to more flexibility while also engendering a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. A more active, dynamic, Yang style of vinyasa will follow, strengthening and invigorating the body and mind.

All levels.
A series of 6 registered classes for first timers or beginners to the practice. The registered classes will teach you the fundamentals of the asana (physical) practice in a comfortable atmosphere with others that are new to yoga.
Postures will be broken down to show proper alignment, breath & core control.
This class will help to prepare you for the styles of yoga that are offered at our studio.

We begin with gentle movement to unwind and to prepare ourselves before we melt into our yoga nidra practice. Yoga Nidra also referred to as yogic sleep, or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice that induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.
Through a systematic technique we release muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Resting into an extended savasana and turning all senses inward, we are guided step by step into our journey.
We begin by quieting our conscious mind. From here we move into a meditative state, and then gradually we find ourselves in a state of harmony and ultimate relaxation in which the brain waves slow down and a subtle bliss emerges. We find ourselves in our natural state of being.
Experience the profound healing on all levels as we rest deeply into ourselves.
