Hatha is a comprehensive Yoga class that brings strength and focus to your practice.
Placing emphasis on longer, static holds, Hatha allows for increased time to explore the mindful alignment of mind and body in each posture.
As an all-levels class, beginners will gain knowledge of the structure of postures, while more advanced practitioners can work on strength, precision and alignment.
Earth is dense and grounding. All yoga postures must be practiced on top of a steady foundation, on top of the earth. Before we can expand we must learn to steady and align our bodies, so that gravity may pass freely to the ground. Earth is steady and unshakeable, it’s persistence is what forms the core of any safe and sustainable Yoga practice.
