Intro Intermediate Asana
DROP-IN / INTERMEDIATE
In this invigorating, mid-level workshop style class, we play and learn together.
This weekly workshop focuses on integrating arm balance, inversion and back bends into your practice with tips, tricks and adjustments to get you comfortable in these asanas. Kramas or stages will be offered along the path to the full posture, allowing the practice to meet you where you are in your body today.
As you pursue precision, not perfection, come and learn to find the fun again!
This intermediate level class has a prerequisite of at least one year of yoga practice.
