The Great Yoga Wall

An essential and exciting complement to regular yoga classes, Great Yoga Wall classes allow you to experience the power of gravity and traction in a unique way to create space and nurture your back and spine. Deepen your poses and explore new ways of doing familiar asanas.
The Great Yoga Wall is a sophisticated modern adaptation of the original yoga ropes pioneered by the legendary yoga masters Krishnamacharya and B.K.S. Iyengar.
If you are new to the Yoga Wall, please take part in the Intro to Yoga Wall classes on Thursday before taking the Wednesday class.
This is not beginner class – six months of yoga experience is required.
